Terms and Conditions

Entry is open to all academic staff and students from local universities,
polytechnic, institutes, colleges, and schools (locally and internationally).

Limited to FIVE (5) members per team, including the team leader.

Submission is open to ENGLISH, BAHASA MELAYU & ARABIC. However, for
Arabic, the innovation title must be written in either English or Bahasa Melayu.

Only registrations with Abstract/Extended Abstract and PAID FEES will be
processed and recognised as participants (to be provided with the e-certificate of
participation).

E-certificate will include all group members (no individual name or a separate
certificate will be provided).

E-certificate will be prepared based on the registration details (changing
names/details of the project will not be entertained).

Abstract for Category A and B (250 words).

Extended Abstract for Category C and D (Maximum 2000 words or 5 pages
including references).

The extended abstract is not compulsory for Category C and D. However, the submitted extended abstract will be published in SUSED 2024 e-Proceeding. If you don't want to submit the extended abstract, then the abstract (250 words) must be submitted. 

Once participants have submitted the abstract or the extended abstract, participants will get the acceptance letter and the registration ID via the registered email address. Registration with missing documents will not be considered as participants. 

Video submission is limited to 3 to 5 minutes only.

80MYR/25USD for all categories.

Every entry/group is eligible to win at least a bronze award.

Best of the Best Award for each category will get a special plaque.

The additional medal is RM25/7USD per medal (should be paid together with the
payment fee in the same transaction & receipt). Once the registration is closed,
any request for the additional medal will not be entertained.

The organisers have the right to reject any entries if deemed unsuitable for the
competition.
